AMB uses CAD to create and maintain all control-books for the client. All lease term and existing conditions pages are included and maintained in the control-books as well.

As well, AMB will help clients that are wishing to advertise their space for the purpose of leasing or selling by designing and creating marketing brochures and multi-tenant leasing strategies.

AMB is also able to compile area calculations, stacking plans, background drawings, tenant standard specifications/detail manual, and hypothetical space plans for our clients. These features will aid our client to understand all aspects of the space that they have and facilitate any design aspects that they desire.
