CBRE’s new management office on the AIG campus is located in a unique space on the Plaza Level of Wortham Tower. Previously a bank space, the area is surrounded by marble and glass, creating an acoustic challenge for heads-down work.

AMB collaborated with the end-user on out of the box ideas to meet the needs and provide visual interest at the same time. Felt baffles are used in the conference rooms along with felting art pieces to absorb the noise while bringing warmth to space. Pops of color are mimicked in the furniture, also nodding to the corporate colors.
