AMB Architects will complete a thorough Space Assessment exercise which includes reviewing your current space, generating a space program document and creating test-fit plan(s). We then move to planning and concept creation where we embrace the uniqueness of your project, work with consultants, establish a budget and time allotment.

We incorporate your ideas when selecting the design elements that are the best for your space. Our mission is to establish your individual identity based on your views and ultimately providing your ideal outcome. This is an essential part in planning a functional space and ensuring that your new space will promote a growing atmosphere for your business to thrive.

Our architects & designers will develop your project by revising the space plan, selecting finishes and creating architectural elevations and details. The result is the set of construction documents needed for the permitting, pricing, and the construction process. AMB will conduct the construction administration during the building process while providing the legal and contractual documents required for your project.

Test-fit the space program in several locations

Create and develop a space plan for the selected location

Select a design direction, specify materials and create design drawings

Create Construction Documents to be used for permit, pricing and construction

Conduct Construction Administration during the building process. This includes providing the legal and contractual document as required
