The Houston Business Journal Landmark Awards recognize outstanding real estate projects in Houston. These are the places creating the foundation of the Houston landscape. In April, The Hub at The Galleria was selected as a finalist in the Workplace Interior category. AMBers Breann Nash, Jeylen Arteaga, and Lauren Houser accepted the award on behalf of our team.

Owner Unilev wanted to create the next generation of co-working space. The Hub at the Galleria is a transformed office suite in the Galleria Financial Center that went from dark and dated to modern and edgy, and full of H-Town pride. The renewed space has seven move-in ready suites that share first-class amenities and common areas. High-end modern finishes, bright corridors flooded with natural light, Houston-centric wall graphics, and enhanced wayfinding distinguish The Hub from other floors in the building. Common areas and the conferencing facilities in The Hub have the latest technology infrastructure plus WiFi connectivity throughout. The Hub is where high-tech meets urban cool.

Thanks to our client Unilev for having such an open mind about what could be created. Congratulations are also in order to our project partners, general contractor Endurance and commercial real estate broker Cushman & Wakefield.
